Membership
Membership into the Richmond Gem and Mineral Society entitles you to participate in many activities throughout the year. It's a great opportunity to learn and share knowledge on anything related to minerals, fossils and lapidary. Please review our "Activities" page to learn more about what comes with your annual membership.
We have several annual membership options listed below. If you join after July 1st, the fees below will be adjusted to half the annual dues.
Annual Dues:

After paying your dues as a new member, you will receive an electronic monthly newsletter the following month. If for some reason you don't receive your newsletter, please send an e-mail to thecollectingbag@yahoo.com.
To get the most out of your membership, we encourage you to attend meetings in person, especially if you want priority access to the Lapidary and Field Trips. We don't offer virtual meetings at this time. If you want to wear a mask to the meetings, please feel free to do so as it's an individual choice.
Our members are a friendly group of folks and the more involved you become, the more rewarding your experience will be. Before you know it, it will begin to feel like a second family. We welcome all new members, including kids! What kid hasn't been fascinated with rocks?
At this time, we do not have the ability to accept membership fees on-line. We accept check payments by mailing in the membership form below or by attending a monthly meeting.
